Our Story

A little kitchen on the sand, born from a love of island living.

Salt & Sunset began with a simple idea: build the kind of place we always wished existed on the beach — barefoot but considered, generous with flavour, and pointed straight at the horizon.

Our kitchen leans on the rhythms of Siquijor. We cook with what fishermen bring in at dawn, with vegetables from neighbouring farms, with herbs from the garden out back. Then we hand it to you with a smile, a cold drink, and the best seat in the house.
